So it was a surprise to many when Clarke, considered by some to be one of the top high school linemen in the Mid-Atlantic, verbally committed to the Terps on Tuesday.

Every once in a while a prospect will emerge from out of nowhere during the season. It’s fair to say there’s been no bigger surprise in the nation this year than Norcross (Ga.) Norcross’ Adrian Hubbard.

But first, he's got unfinished business: namely, winning a state championship and solidifying his legacy as one of the best high school basketball players in Arizona history.
Along the way, Stoglin is updating Inside Maryland Sports' readers on the latest in his life. Though his name is pronounced 'STOAG-lin,' we call it 'The Stog Blog.' Why? Because, well, 'The Stoag Bloag' just doesn't have that same ring to it.
